To qualify for one of our uncontested divorce packages you must meet the following requirements.  You must have been a legal Texas resident for the previous 6 months. You must have been a resident of Dallas or Fort Worth county for 90 days.  Your spouse must be willing to sign a Waiver of Citation in front of a Notary. You and your spouse must be in agreement on the division of property and debt.  If there are any children of the marriage both parties must be in agreement as to custody and child support issues.  If you do not meet these qualifications you need to seek an attorney to assist you further, or if it is a matter of residency you will need to wait until you meet the residency requirements first.
